Updating Your Account Information
We will use the information that you provide to process, confirm, and ship your order, therefore it is important that the information you provide is accurate. During the check-out process you will be presented with the opportunity to review and update your personal details. You can also do so now by clicking here and logging into your account.
Delivery Information
Delivery guidelines are displayed on each product page. These guidelines represent current delivery, under normal circumstances. Algy does not guarantee delivery by any given date. While every effort is made to post accurate information, delivery variances may occur.

Returns and Exchanges
All uniforms manufactured to your specifications CANNOT BE RETURNED. We will promptly rectify any manufacturing errors. Health laws prohibit the exchange of leotards, tights and trunks that are not in their original unworn condition. Any other merchandise made to your color and/or size specifications cannot be returned.
A return Authorization Number must be obtained from Algy in order to exchange or return merchandise. The RA# must appear on the outside of the package and on all correspondence. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to you. Packages with RA Numbers must arrive at Algy within 14 days of issue and are void if not received by that time.
Any shoe or boot exchange must be received in restockable and resalable condition in the original box. Shoes and boots may be returned for a fee of $3.00 per pair.
Stock Items
All non-personalized stock items may be exchanged as necessary. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for any returned items. Absolutely no returns or exchanges on personalized items.
The Fine Print
Algy is committed to providing you with a positive ordering experience. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information posted on our website. Individual monitors vary greatly and this website should not be used for color matching purposes. To ensure the most accurate color information, you may request fabric swatches be sent to you. Email us at algy@algyteam.com. Specify the fabrics and colors you wish to view. For swatches of flag fabrics email us at flagfabrics@algyteam.com
