Placing an order
To fax or mail us your order, just download forms below. By giving you forms focused on our delivery times for custom orders versus in stock items, we ensure your order will be processed as quickly as possible. You'll find a made to order form with a made to order sketch area on the second sheet. You'll also find the size/lettering worksheets for determining the size and personalization for each member of your team. We've included instructions on how to measure your team members to ensure the best fit possible. Our size charts are here as well, so you can check your measurements and size your team. The last two pages are the Quick Ship/Essentials order forms and Essentials accessories/poms/batons/shoes and boots order form. If you're going to order from our ProDance catalog section, pages 4-17, please download the ProDance worksheet, which will let you sketch your style, add the embellishments you want, and determine the total price. Algy order forms are designed to help you get exactly what you want, when you want it! If you have any questions about them, please call our Customer Service Experts at 1.800.458.2549. It's that easy!

Payment options
All orders received by Algy MUST be accompanied by one of the payment options detailed below:

Purchase Orders: Mailed, faxed, or emailed copy of an official school or district purchase order signed by authorized personnel is required. Booster and organization purchase orders will not be accepted. Payment terms are net 30 days. Purchase orders must include the purchase order number, billing address, shipping address, the approved amount including shipping and handling charges and authorized signature. Your purchase order must be accompanied by a completed algy order form which details all colors, sizes and prices.

Credit Card: We accept american express, visa, mastercard and discover for payment in full or deposit. Please give card holder’s name, billing address including zip code, card number, expiration date, three digit security code found on the back of card. Specify charge amount. Minimum credit card order is $25.00.

Full payment: Algy accepts credit cards or electronic check by phone. Cashier’s check, money order, & checks may also be mailed with your order. A $35 service charge will be assessed for returned checks. Do not send cash through the mail.

50% Deposit: We will begin manufacturing your uniforms with a 50% deposit. We must receive the balance prior to shipping. Please note: a personal check mailed at the time of order completion will delay shipment. Orders under $100.00 MUST BE PAID IN FULL.

Delivery times
PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed between July 1st and August 30th may be subject to longer shipping times.

Estimated delivery time is noted throughout the catalog. Actual delivery will vary due to the seasonal nature of our business. Delivery is calculated from the time all information is received and we are able to begin manufacturing. Missing information such as sizes, colors and payment can delay orders. It is VERY important that you take the time and read your confirmation along with checking colors, sizes and quantities. Look for your approximated shipping time. You will find this information as one of the last lines on your confirmation. Confirmations are mailed to your shipping address 1-2 business days after we receive a completed order. Orders are not complete unless we have all your costume style information, sizes, fabric choices, shipping address and a form of payment. Keep in mind that personalization (rhinestone, tackle twill, transfers or embroidery) will add 2 weeks to your shipping time. If you have questions about your shipping time please call us at any time and have your order number to help the process move along quickly.

Returns and exchanges
Any merchandise that is manufactured to your specification CANNOT BE RETURNED. This includes all custom uniforms, flags, personalized warm-ups, screen printed items, embroidery, made to order poms, hoops, ribbons, headpieces, gloves, armbands and other made to order merchandise. Health laws prohibit the exchange of leotards, tights, trunks, and hair accessories if they have been opened. We will rectify any manufacturing errors. Please check your order immediately upon receipt and notify customer service within 5 days if any defects or discrepancies are found. Any repairs done locally will not be refunded by Algy unless prior approval is received. We reserve the right to inspect returned, unworn merchandise to determine whether a replacement, repair or adjustment is due. If a color selection involves mixing a dark color with a light color -the colors MAY transfer with perspiration and incorrect laundering. Returns or exchanges are not acceptable for color bleeding. Any items that are being returned for repair MUST be clean or they will be returned without being repaired.

Stock items: All non-personalized items may be exchanged within 10 days of receipt. Please call customer service with your request. All returned items must be in RESELLABLE condition and in their original packaging. Shoe boxes must not be written on. There is a $10 fee per box for shoe boxes that are returned damaged, have postage or tape affixed or have been written on. If items appear to have been worn, they will be returned to you and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please allow approximately 2 weeks to process your return or exchange. Shoe returns may incur a $3 restocking fee.

Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RM#) must be obtained from Algy customer service within 10 days of receipt to return or exchange merchandise. The RM# MUST appear on the outside of the package and on all correspondence. The customer is responsible for shipping charges for both returns and exchanges. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Changes and Cancellations: All uniforms are manufactured to your specifications. Therefore, once your order has gone into production, cancellation is not allowed. Changes/deletions may only be made within 3 working days from receipt of your order and will be subject to a $25 charge. Changes to your order may also result in additional delivery time. Add-ons will be treated as separate orders and may not ship with your original order.

Reorders
If you are ordering items to match a previous order (fill-ins), Algy must receive a sample garment within 7 business days of the order being processed; NO EXCEPTIONS! Algy will not be held responsible for matching uniforms if we do not have a sample.

Failure to send a sample within the required time frame will result in manufacturing and shipping delays. If a sample is not sent, Algy is not responsible for any inconsistencies between the previous order and the new order.

Any fill in orders manufactured without a sample are not eligible for returns or repairs due to inconsistencies from the previous order. Note: Fabric dye lots may vary from order to order.

Shipping
Algy works with the USPS, FedEx and UPS to assure you pay the most competitive shipping charges possible. Rates are calculated based on the total amount of your order. Many different expedited shipping services are available including Saturday delivery in some areas. The Algy shipping chart is for addresses within the continental US. All other clients will be charged as determined at the time of shipping. A valid credit card number must be provided to cover any and all applicable duties and taxes, even if the order is paid for by check. All fees must be paid in US dollars.

NOTE: Oversized shipments such as but not limited to hats, flag poles and boots will require additional shipping charges. If available, Saturday delivery will incur additional costs.

Residential delivery please add $2.75.
Alaska and Hawaii will be charged actual shipping.
Orders shipped outside the USA, including Puerto Rico, will be charged actual shipping. A valid credit card number must be on file to cover any and all applicable duties and taxes, even if the order is paid for by check. All fees must be made payable in US Dollars (USD).
Priority Overnight service is not available in all areas.

showroom samples and swatches
These services are available to advisors and sponsors who have groups of fifteen (15) or more members.

Showroom sample service is available to advisors and sponsors who have groups of fifteen (15) or more members. A maximum of two uniforms are available at one time. We cannot send hat samples. A valid credit card number, with expiration date and card holder’s name or a valid purchase order with authorized signature, must be submitted but will not be charged unless the items are not returned within the specified period. We will gladly send fabric swatches at any time. Algy will ship samples and swatches to you at no charge. The items must be returned at your expense within fifteen (15) days of receipt. One-of-a-kind Customs
We can design and fabricate a unique, one-of-a-kind costume for your team. Algy has 3 great ways for you to get the individual look you want. Is your perfect costume really a combination of designs featured in our catalog or on our website? No problem. Just tell us which parts of which design you want and we will have one of our talented designers create a sketch just for you. Do you have your own design in mind, but want the security and quality of an Algy product? Or do you want our designers to show you what they can do? No problem. Custom Designs are more expensive than catalog items, generally the average is about $175.00 minimum, it all depends on the number of fabrics, the types of fabrics and the overall design. Our policy is for all orders to be a minimum of 6 costumes. We will accept orders for fewer than 6; however, there will be an additional fee.

Custom digital printing: We can create a unique look by using custom digital printed materials. It is important for you to know that using custom digital printed material will increase the price of your costumes and extend the delivery time.

The (not so) fine print
Algy is committed to providing you with a positive ordering experience. We make every effort to insure the accuracy of pricing information in this catalog and/or website. However, if there is an error which we are aware of at the time you place an order, Algy retains the right to correct that error and fill your order at the correct price point. We will inform you of the error prior to filling your order. Our Customer Service Experts are ready to confer with you during regular hours should you need any help with your order. We make no warranty, either expressed and/or implied, with respect to these goods as to their merchantability or fitness for a particular use. We make no warranty for leggings worn outside of shoes.

CPSIA compliance:
Algy’s fine fabrics and trimmings have been tested and shown to be compliant with current standards; however, due to variations in dye-lots, individual piece goods and the large variety of world-wide suppliers we are unable to test each individual lot. Therefore, Algy products are not certified lead-free and may not be appropriate for use in children under 12. Jewelry and rhinestones are not lead-free.
