We've included instructions on how to measure your team members to ensure the best fit possible. Our size charts are here as well, so you can check your measurements and size your team. All orders received by Algy MUST be accompanied by one of the payment options detailed below:
Purchase Orders: Colleges, High Schools, Middle Schools, Elementary Schools and City Park Districts will be billed, if an official Purchase Order is provided and signed by authorized personnel only. Your purchase order must be accompanied by a completed Algy order form which details all colors, sizes and prices.
Full Payment: Algy accepts full payment in the form of a Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check or Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
50% Deposit: We will begin manufacturing your uniforms with a 50% deposit. We must receive the balance prior to shipping. Please note: A personal check mailed at the time of order completion will delay shipment. Stock merchandise must be prepaid. Orders under $100.00 must be prepaid. In order to achieve on time delivery, Quick Ship orders MUST BE PAID IN FULL.
Credit Card: We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover for payment in full or deposit. Please give cardholder's name, billing address including zip code, card number, expiration date, three digit security code found on the back of card and signature. Specify amount to be charged. Minimum credit card order is $25.00. We can not assure delivery on Quick Ship orders with a balance due.
COD: No COD orders accepted.

Estimated delivery time is noted throughout the catalog. Actual delivery will vary due to the seasonal nature of our business. Delivery is calculated from the time all information is received and we are able to begin manufacturing. Missing information such as sizes, colors and payment can delay orders. It is VERY important that you take the time and read your confirmation along with checking colors, sizes and quantities. Look for your approximated shipping time. You will find this information as one of the last lines on your confirmation. Confirmations are mailed to your shipping address 1-2 business days after we receive a completed order. Orders are not complete unless we have all your costume style information, sizes, fabric choices, shipping address and a form of payment. Keep in mind that personalization (tackle twill, transfers or embroidery) will add 2 weeks to your shipping time. If you have questions about your shipping time please call us at any time and have your order number to help the process move along quickly. PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed between July 1st and August 30th are possibly subject to longer shipping times.

All uniforms are manufactured to your specifications and CANNOT BE RETURNED. We will rectify any manufacturing errors. Health laws prohibit the exchange of leotards, tights, trunks and hair accessories if they have been opened. Made to order poms, flags and decorated hoops cannot be returned. Any other merchandise made to your color and/or size specifications cannot be returned. If color selection involves mixing a dark color with a light color, the colors may transfer with perspiration and incorrect laundering. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for color bleeding.
A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained from Algy in order to exchange or return merchandise.The RA# must appear on the outside of the package and on all correspondence. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to you. Packages with RA numbers must arrive at Algy within 14 days of issue, and are void if not received by that time.
Any shoe, boot or baton exchange must be received in restockable and resellable condition and in the original packaging. Shoes and boots may be returned for a fee of $3.00 per pair.
Stock Items: All non-personalized stock items may be exchanged as necessary. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for any returned items.
No returns on any item that requires you to choose your colors for fabrics, trims or overlays. No returns or exchanges on any item that has lettering, embroidery or personalized transfers.

If you are ordering items to match a previous order, we MUST have a sample garment. Algy will not be responsible for matching uniforms if we don't have a sample. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Please note that fabric dye lots are subject to change. An exact match may not be available. Every effort will be made to provide the closest possible match. Color swatches are readily available.
Lettering Reorders: A sample of the lettered garment, or a photocopy to show actual size, font and placement, MUST accompany all lettering reorders!

Orders shipped outside the USA, including Puerto Rico, will be charged actual shipping. A valid credit card number must be on file to cover any and all applicable duties and taxes, even if the order is paid for by check. All fees must be made payable in US Dollars (USD).
Priority Overnight service is not available in all areas.
NOTE: Oversized shipments such as but not limited to hats, flag poles and boots will require additional shipping charges. If available, Saturday delivery will incur additional costs.

These services are available to advisors and sponsors who have groups of fifteen (15) or more members.
Our SizeWise program gives you a range of BASIC sizing garments made from a fabric comparable to that of your uniform selection. Actual uniforms will not be sent. Showroom samples are also available for your inspection. A maximum of two uniforms are available at one time. We cannot send hat samples. Samples and sizers must be returned within ten (10) days of receipt. A valid credit card number, with expiration date and cardholder’s name or a valid purchase order with authorized signature, must be submitted but will not be charged unless the items are not returned within the specified period. We will gladly send fabric swatches at any time. Algy will ship sizers, samples and swatches to you at no charge. The items must be returned at your expense within fifteen (15) days of receipt. Is a custom garment right for your team? We ask a couple of questions that can help you determine what you need.
Do I have enough time? Initial contact to delivery can take up to 14 weeks or longer.
Do I have the budget? Custom garments start around $185.00 for a team of 12 or more. The more complex the design, the more time spent in the design process and the more fabrics needed play a large role in determining a final price. If this is out of your budget consider “modifying” a catalog design or changing a fabric in a catalog design. Both are great ways to create a custom look without the price tag. “Modifications” also have a shorter shipping time of 10-12 weeks.
Am I set with my concept? While minor sketch revisions are expected, major redesigns add additional costs.
If you decide that a custom costume is what you need, then we can design and fabricate a unique, one-of-a-kind costume for your team. Algy has three great ways for you to get the individual look you want.
Is your perfect costume really a combination of designs featured in our catalog or on our website? No problem. Just tell us which parts of which design you want and we will have one of our talented designers create a sketch and determine the price for you. Simply complete the CustomWise form and return to us via fax, and we'll get back to you! Our design modification fee is $100.00 and will be applied to your order if the design is purchased. One revision of fabric change is included.
Do you have your own design in mind, but want the security and quality of an Algy product? No problem. Complete the sketch and concept area in the CustomWise form and we'll bring your concept to life. Your design fee is $250.00 and will be applied to the final order if the design is purchased. One revision and/or fabric change is included. Our experienced Customer Service Experts or your local sales rep can guide you through the process, every step of the way. We'll see that you get exactly the look you envisioned.

CPSIA Compliance - Algy's fine fabrics and trimmings have been tested and shown to be compliant with current standards, however due to variations in dye-lots, individual piece goods and the large variety of world-wide suppliers we are unable to test each individual lot. Therefore, Algy products are not certified lead-free and may not be appropriate for use in children under 12. Jewelry and rhinestones are not lead-free.
