1. How do I place an order?

2. What are my payment options?

Credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover
Purchase Orders: Colleges, High Schools, Middle Schools, Elementary Schools and City Park Districts purchase order will be accepted. Algy does not accept purchase orders from booster programs.
Cashier’s Check, Money Orders or Personal Checks

3. Do I have to pay in full or can I make a deposit?

We will begin manufacturing your Made to Order costumes with a 50% deposit. The balance is due prior to your costumes shipping. All Quick Ship and Essentials items are to be paid in full when you place your order.

4. Does Algy accept returns?

Yes and no. If your costumes/items were Made to Order in your choice of colors and sizes these were created specifically for your team and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items such as, but not limited to shoes, boots or batons are eligible to be returned or exchanged. Re-stocking fees may apply. Please call your local rep (if you have one) or 1-800-458-2549 to receive a RM number (return merchandise number).

5. How long will it take my costumes/items to ship?

Shipping times will vary depending on the item. In the catalog look for the shipping dot next to the costume name or in the Essentials section shipping times are listed at the top of the page. On www.algyteam.com shipping times are listed in the product description. There are times where due to order volume increases or decreases shipping times may be extended or shortened. Call your local rep or 1.800.458.2549.

6. What if I need to “fill in” or reorder more costumes to match a previous order?

Fill in orders are not a problem. Algy does require a sample from the previous order. This sample is to help ensure that all manufacturing processes are the same as your previous order. Samples also help us to choose the closets possible dyelot match for your fabrics. Please note fabric dyelots are subject to change and an exact match may not be available. Every effort will be made to provide the closest match possible.

7. Can I upgrade my shipping?

Of course you can. See our shipping chart below for additional fees for expedited shipping.

8. If I pay for overnight shipping will I get my costumes tomorrow?

No, manufacturing times still apply and upgrading shipping does not put a rush on manufacturing times.

9. What if I need my costumes sooner than the quoted manufacturing times?

During certain times of the year Algy can manufacture costumes in a shorter time frame then quoted in the catalog. In order to possibly receive an early ship date, please contact your sales rep or call us at 1-800-458-2549.

10. Can I pick my own colors for the costume I want?

Generally speaking yes. All Made to Order costumes are available in your choice of colors. Some Quick Ship costume are “WSIWIG” (What you see is what you get).

11. What if I need to see this costume in my colors?

At www.algyteam.com we have DIYColor. DIYColor allows you to choose your colors and create your look in as many ways as you’d like. You can download the image, e-mail or even post it on social media.

12. What mesurements do I need to take?

If you have a rep in your area they are available for fittings. They will come to your school and take all the necessary measurements and help you place your order. There is no charge for this service. If there is no rep in your area please review this sizing is easy form and if you have and question please call us 800-458-2549.

13. Once I have my measurements do I have to pick sizes myself?

No, email your measurements to algy@algyteam.com and our sizing department will pick sizes based on the measurements you provided.

14. What if I want to see a sample from the catalog?

In many cases we can send you a sample of costumes pictured in the catalog. Just call us and if the sample is available we will send it right out. Please note samples cannot be sent in specific colors or sizes.

15. What if I want my team to try on samples so I can pick sizes for them?

Algy’s SizeWise program allows us to send you a “sizer” that you can try on your team members to help assist you with picking their sizes. Note: due to fabric combinations, not all costumes are eligible for the SizeWise program and measurements may need to be taken.
